Our Artisan Collection is roasted by hand in small batches in our Palm Beach County kitchen. Under Florida's Cottage Food Law (Florida Statute 500.80), home-roasted food products may only be sold directly to consumers within the state of Florida — interstate shipping is not permitted under this exemption. Every Artisan Drop bag is labeled accordingly: "Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations."
Our Everyday Collection (dropshipped via Dripshipper) ships nationwide — those coffees are roasted and fulfilled by licensed commercial roasters. As our artisan operation grows, we intend to obtain a commercial food establishment license, which will allow us to ship artisan roasts to all 50 states.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All purchases are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.
