Coffee is perishable. Here's exactly what we cover — and how to reach us when something goes wrong.
All coffee sales are final. We don't accept returns on opened or unopened bags for taste preference — coffee is a perishable food product and we can't resell it once it leaves our hands. That said, if something goes wrong on our end or in transit, we will make it right. No runaround, no fine print games.

For Artisan Collection drops specifically: because we roasted that bag ourselves and it shipped within 48 hours of roast, we stand behind every bag. If there's any issue with an artisan drop, email us directly and we'll handle it personally.

Artisan drops are small-batch, hand-roasted, and ship to Florida addresses only under Florida's Cottage Food Law. Because these are made in limited quantities and ship within 48 hours of roasting, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than damage or fulfillment error. Every bag is roasted fresh for that specific drop — there is no inventory sitting on a shelf.
Our Everyday Collection (Single Origin, Blends, Sample Packs, Tea) is fulfilled by a licensed commercial roaster through our fulfillment partner. The same policy applies — all sales final, exceptions for damage or wrong items. If there is a fulfillment error on your order, contact us and we will coordinate the resolution on your behalf.
Under Florida Statute 501.142, perishable food products are exempt from the standard return assumption. Our no-return policy on coffee is fully compliant with Florida law and is disclosed here, on our product pages, and at checkout.
