Artisan Drops are small-batch coffees roasted by hand right here in Palm Beach County. Each drop features a single origin or limited blend — a different coffee every time, with a full tasting profile, roaster's notes, and a Good Dog story featured on the bag.

Each drop is limited to a small number of bags — usually 25. When the drop opens, it's first come, first served. When the bags are gone, that coffee is gone. We don't restock.

Newsletter subscribers get notified before anyone else. Join the list so you don't miss the next one.

Check the Artisan Drops page — it shows a live countdown to the next drop or lets you know if one is currently open. Drops release twice a month.

Artisan Collection: Roasted by us, by hand, in small batches in Palm Beach County. Limited quantities, released as timed drops, ships within 48 hours of roast. Florida only.

Everyday Collection: Curated single origins, blends, teas, and sample packs fulfilled by a licensed commercial roaster. Consistent availability, ships nationwide. This is the coffee we stand behind every day — it just isn't roasted in our kitchen.

Every Artisan Drop is named after and inspired by a real dog story submitted by one of our customers. The best story for each drop gets featured on the drop page — and eventually on the bag illustration.

You can submit your story here. Tell us about your good dog — what makes them yours — in 500 characters or less. If your story inspires a drop, we'll reach out before publishing anything.

Artisan drops: We roast on drop day and ship within 48 hours. No sitting on shelves. No mystery roast dates buried in fine print. You'll know exactly when your coffee was roasted.

Everyday Collection: Roasted and fulfilled by our commercial partner. Roast dates vary — we recommend brewing within 2–4 weeks of receipt for best flavor.

Not yet — but it's on the roadmap. Artisan drops are by nature limited and variable, so a traditional subscription doesn't quite fit the model. The closest thing right now is joining the newsletter: you'll get notified before every drop opens, which means you're first in line.

Our artisan roasts are made in our Palm Beach County kitchen. Under Florida's Cottage Food Law (Florida Statute 500.80), home-roasted food products can only be sold directly to consumers within Florida — interstate shipping isn't permitted under this exemption.

Our Everyday Collection ships to all 50 states. As our artisan operation grows and we obtain a commercial food establishment license, we'll open artisan shipping nationwide — newsletter subscribers will hear first. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Artisan drops: Ships within 48 hours of roast. Delivery within Florida is typically 2–5 business days.

Everyday Collection: Processed within 1–3 business days, delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Coffee is a perishable product, so all sales are final — we can't accept returns for taste preference. That said, if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Email us at hello@good-dog-roasters.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
